Answers to Questions on the Statewide Ballot
NO on Question 1: We have gone back and forth on this issue. Originally we opposed the first proposal because it took away the right of the people to vote for the University Board of Regents. The next rendition of the Question which is this one, changes the Board of Regents from a Constitutionally created Board to one created by statute giving the Legislature control of the Board. This means that ultimately, like the Legislature has done with the State School Board which previously had all members elected, now it has only 4 of the 11 members elected and the rest appointed by the Powers that Be. We did not take a position on Question 1 during the Legislature, but upon further consideration we are opposing it. Janine
I asked Regent Byron Brooks for a statement. “Question 1 and the removal of Regents from the state constitution is orchestrated political theater which will further politicize education in Nevada. Removing the constitutional status of the Board of Regents will remove the accountability piece that Nevada citizens hold over elected officials and it will ensure that political posturing and ideology supersede student access and success. The proposed changes will do nothing to address the real concerns that must be addressed regarding higher education like an approaching enrollment cliff, education access, faculty retention, and fiscal challenges.”
YES on Question 2 changes language in the Nevada Constitution referring to the insane, blind, deaf and dumb to persons with significant mental illness, persons who are blind or visually impaired persons who are deaf or hard of hearing and persons with intellectual disabilities and developmental disabilities. It also changes institutions to entities. This was Assemblywoman Dr. Robin Titus’s bill. It does not change anything the state does. It just updates the language.
***NO!!! on Question 3: Jungle Primaries and Ranked Choice Voting (This is the last opportunity to defeat this Constitutional Amendment as it passed in 2022.)
Ranked Choice Voting opens the Election to Fraud.
It allows people to vote for 5 candidates for the same office and the County Clerk or Registrar will manipulate the results to determine the winner. It could take weeks to determine the winner.
A candidate who actually comes in second or third can win the election.
In California rank choice voting has resulted in Democrats winning in almost all elections.
Jungle Primaries take away the right of all political parties and their members to choose their own candidates who represent their values.
Jungle Primaries allow a candidate to hijack the name of a party because the candidate thinks he will have a better chance of being elected by deceiving the voters.
Non Partisan-independent voters can vote in all non-partisan primaries.
In Nevada the Democrat, Republican and Independent American Parties all oppose Question 3. It is extremely complicated in its administration.
NO on Question 4 amends the Ordinance of Nevada and the Nevada Constitution to remove language authorizing the use of “slavery and involuntary servitude” as criminal punishment for incarcerated individuals which mirrors the language of the 13th Amendment of the Constitution of the United States. This is a change promoted around the nation by the American Civil Liberties Union. Their purpose is to stop incarcerated prisoners in our prisons from so called “exploitation” by working in prison. The ACLU objects to prisoners working because they do not have protections including “minimum wage, overtime, the right to unionize, and workplace safety guarantees.”
I found no testimony on AJR10* at our Legislature which indicated any abuse of incarcerated prisoners in Nevada’s prisons, only objections to the words slavery and involuntary servitude. Prisoners provide essential services in our prisons which also provide considerable cost savings to taxpayers. This list is from the ACLU’s article. “They work as cooks, dishwashers, janitors, groundskeepers, barbers, painters, or plumbers; in laundries, kitchens, factories, and hospitals. They provide vital public services such as repairing roads, fighting wildfires…”
YES on Question 5: This question amends the Nevada Sales and Use Tax Law to exempt from sales tax child and adult diapers. This is reasonable.
***NO on Question 6: In Nevada abortion (for any reason or no reason) is already available up until 6 months and it can only be changed by a vote of the people. Abortion is available after six months to protect the life or health of the mother, but it must be done by a licensed physician in a licensed hospital. If a child is born alive during an abortion, that child must be given life-saving treatment. This was all voted on during the 1990 referendum and as such can never be changed by the Legislature or an elected official. Only a vote of the people can change Nevada abortion law either to make it more restrictive or less restrictive. I believe our law is radical already, but not radical enough for the big abortion industry who has proposed Question 6.
If ratified Question 6 would eliminate all limits resulting in abortion available for any reason or no reason through all nine months. Commonsense protections like “only a licensed physician may perform an abortion", and safety and sanitary regulations for abortion locations would cease.
It would permanently remove parental Involvement before an abortion is performed on a minor child.
A yes vote means abortion at any point during pregnancy, performed by non-doctors in unregulated facilities. No parental involvement ever.
A NO vote means abortion will remain available as it is now, up to six months by a doctor in facilities that can be regulated for health, safety, and sanitary standards.
Nevadans must vote no on risky Question 6 to protect women, children, and the almost-born babies. Question 6 is a Constitutional Amendment and must pass in 2024 and 2026.
This is from Melissa Clement of Nevada Right to Life.
***YES on Question 7 requires photo Identification in order to vote in person. People who vote by mail would need to provide the last 4 digits on their drivers’ license or last 4 digits of their social security number, if they have neither, they must provide the number provided by the county clerk when they registered to vote.
This is important to tighten up Nevada’s election laws. We are all concerned about voter fraud and election fraud. Ballot harvesting…collecting ballots from people in rest homes, apartments or other facilities was, prior to the changes to our election laws in 2020 at a special session, a felony. In addition, in 2015 the Republican Legislature passed “drivers authorization cards” for illegal aliens. They also passed “Motor Voter”…registering people to vote at the DMV. In addition, people filling out voter registration forms do not have to prove citizenship only mark that they are a citizen. This is a very important measure. It is a Constitutional Amendment and will have to be voted on again in 2026.

Globalists Trying to Escalate the Ukraine War into WWIII Before the U.S. Election
If you recall I have reported that President Trump has mentioned several times that Biden’s cabal is trying to start WWIII. These sentiments are now coming from multiple sources like the article from Brandon Smith via Alt-Market.us. The article sums it up that the U.S. through NATO and Ukraine continue to poke the Bear. NATO/US have given approval for Ukraine to strike on Russian territory. Now Ukraine is claiming to have developed their own ballistic missiles which they plan to use against Russia. How long will Russia put up with this war on them by the West? But what if there is a significant strike on Russian soil, killing civilians then…
The Globalists desperately need a WWIII to cover the coming financial crash. They don’t want to be blamed for destroying the value of our dollar. Since Nixon closed the Gold Window in 1971 the dollar has collapsed by 98.5%. Since that time gold has increased 71% and a 400-ounce bar of gold which was $14,000 in 1971 is now worth a Million dollars. Now $14,000 will buy you 6 ounces of gold.
Even the Chinese Communist dictator Mao understood the consequences of Nixon eliminating the dollar being backed by gold. “These measures mark the collapse of the capitalist monetary system with the US dollar as its prop.” So the West is only interested in instant gratification, issuing debt and thus buying short-term prosperity and votes, leading to ‘decay and decline’.”
Here we are 50 years later ready to fulfill Mao’s prediction with Federal debt at $35 Trillion and debt to Gross Domestic Product ratio at 122% on the level of a Banana Republic. The Federal Government just keeps creating money out of nothing…printing… while paying the private Federal Reserve for the privilege of printing. The federal pyramid scheme is about to collapse.
“The Consequences…they can, of course, never afford to repay it in taxes and other levies. Nobody understands that the consequences will be the value of money dropping catastrophically, poverty, famine, shortages of many items, homelessness, social unrest and probably war.” Egon Von Greyerz, https://vongreyerz.gold/
Other countries are bailing out of the U.S. dollar which has been the international currency. The BRICS nations alliance (Brazil, Russia, India, China, South Africa) are working on an alternative to the U.S. Swift system which is the means by which nations transfer funds around the world for payments. That system could be in operation soon. In the meantime BRICS nations are increasing trade in local currencies abandoning the U.S. dollar. For the first time ever China’s Yuan exceeded the U.S. dollar amounts in cross border payments for a record of 48.4% to 46.7% for the U.S dollar. Now, that doesn’t mean much to us except to note that the U.S. is losing its position as the international currency. That will have devastating effects on us domestically as the reason our dollar has any worth is because it is in demand for international trade.
Many nations even NATO member Turkey has applied for membership into the BRICS alliance which currently includes the above mentioned nations and Iran, Egypt, Ethiopia, and the United Arab Emirates. BRICS next summit will be in Kazan, Russia, October 22-24 of this year. Thirty-six countries have been invited to attend.
“Currently, BRICS countries together account for about 30% of the world's land area, 45% of the global population, and one-third of the global GDP. Additionally, members hold over 40% of the world's oil reserves.” https://newsukraine.rbc.ua/news/alliance-countering-west-what-brics-is-and-1725302703.html
No man, no candidate can save America from decades of corruption, criminality, and treason, as much as, we would like it to be. Pray for our country and pray to know what you should do to prepare spiritually and physically to provide for your family for what is at our doorstep.
“If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.” 2 Chronicles 7:14 KJV
